We are looking for service technicians with strong mechanical and industrial A/C electrical skills. Small Diesel Engine and/or D/C electrical experience is a plus but not required. This position will be part of a team that provides quality customer service through the installation of new equipment, diagnosing and repair of existing equipment and communicating any additional needs of the customer to the appropriate department(s).

Industry specific training will be provided.


  • At least 2 years of Experience

  • We are seeking a self-motivated person to do repairs on industrial pressure washers and related equipment as well as delivering goods to customers. Your tasks will include:

Job Description:

  • Performing routine maintenance, installation or replacement of equipment.
  • Troubleshooting problems and creating estimates for repairs.
  • Preparing paperwork in a timely manner. This includes: Estimates, service orders, sales orders and service tickets.
  • Proper part numbers, process and results of repairs should be recorded in a neat and professional manner.
  • Operating a fork lift.
  • Maintaining inventory and keeping stock on your service truck.
  • Taking orders over the phone and assisting customers who walk into the shop.
  • Delivery of goods including hazardous materials.
  • Becoming familiar and knowledgeable of new equipment, accessories and detergents.
  • Making courtesy calls to promote service department.
  • Maintaining a clean working environment within the warehouse and service vehicles.
  • Performing other duties as directed.
  • Making a strong effort to be punctual, be clean and well-groomed to portray a professional appearance.
  • While performing the duties of this job you will be required to walk, stand, use hands to feel, handle or reach, talk and hear. You will also occasionally be required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel and crouch. You must be able to lift and/or move up to and exceeding 50 pounds. You will regularly be exposed to outside weather conditions including wet, humid, hot and cold conditions as well as vibrations and moving mechanical parts.


  • Some experience in small engine repairs / electrical knowledge, previous experience with pumps and motors is a plus. Additional training will be provided.
  • Ability to work independently and stay on task.
  • Good customer service skills. Always maintain a professional appearance and remain courteous and respectful when communicating with customers and other employees.
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Navigational skills
  • Background checks and drug screening will be required
  • It is the responsibility of each technician to supply tools to perform daily work. We will provide specialty tools needed to perform service to the equipment. Management will determine which tools are supplied.

The Outside Account Executive will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives through a full life-cycle sales process. They should be comfortable with a high volume of phone calls, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The Account Executive will develop leads and seek opportunities to present products to new customers as well as value-added products to current customers. This individual must demonstrate excellent customer service and professionalism through varied digital communications.

Role Priorities / Responsibilities:
• Conduct prospecting calls and meetings with potential new customers identified through individual research and qualification as well as CRM and internet generated leads.
• Drive product line and value-added revenue within an assigned product category
• Effectively communicate value proposition to customers.
• Develop and maintain a working relationship with General Manager within your assigned territory to maximize utilization and revenue growth.
• Collaborate with Service Manager and service technicians who are delivering on the promises being made to customers.
• Account Management; expand relationships and revenue generated from existing customers, including Strategic Accounts, while enhancing the overall customer experience
• Assist in creation of marketing materials

Essential Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
• Ability to prospect and qualify leads while recording interactions in CRM
• Ability to prepare and present professional presentations and proposals both online and in person
• Ability to enthusiastically provide exceptional customer service
• Ability to prioritize in a highly dynamic and time-sensitive environment
• Knowledge of a CRM system
• Ability to learn negotiation and construction of proposals
• Ability to learn to produce measurable success against sales KPI’s

Preferred Qualifications, Education or Certifications (if applicable):
• 4 year college degree preferred, High School diploma or equivalent required
• No sales experience necessary but preferred
• Travel: 0-10%
